In 1947, Kartarpur Sahib went to the Pakistan side of the border only at 2 miles from the international border town Dera Baba Nanak.  26 millions Sikhs live in India but they can't visit the foundation of Sikhs.

2. Guru Nanak Dev Jee built this town by his hand.
3. He spent last 18 years of his life by doing farming (Kirat Karo), singing Japuji, Rehras, (Naam Japo) and sharing (Wand Shako).
4. He laid the foundation of Sikhism.
5. Bhai Lehgna Jee spent 7 years in service of Shri Guru Nanak Dev Jee.
6. This is not simple another Gurdwara but house of Guru Nanak.
